What measures of authenticity do you take?    Dealing with a select variety of historical artifacts for over 40 years, Rick has developed the experience and knowledge needed in handling these items.  He has also established excellent sources for finding, authenticating and acquiring these items as well.  A lifetime guarantee of authenticity is offered on every sale. We also offer a 30 day no questions asked money back guarantee as long as the framed artifact(s) is/are returned in the original condition as sent.

We would like to decorate our residence or office with these artifacts.  Do you offer this service?   Definitely.  Rick really enjoys this and has developed long time clients through searching and decorating based on their preferences.  He will research those specific areas and gather the information beneficial to you.  He will work within your budget and time frame.  If it allows, Rick will travel to the location(s).  Over the years, we have helped people decorate their homes and offices with framed displays related to their interest or corporate themes.  His clients include attorneys, investment professionals, doctors, business executives, etc.

What kind of frames do you use?  Frameabilia uses only high quality, solid wood gallery style moulding  (frames) from manufacturers such as Larson Juhl, Roma, Nurre Caxton and other highly regarded companies known for their award winning finishes, outstanding consistency and expert craftsmanship.  Frames and mattings selected complement the time period and style of the artifact(s) being framed.

How are the artifacts mounted within the frames?  All our historical artifacts are mounted using 100% reversible techniques.  No tapes, adhesives or glues are used on the item(s).  To do otherwise would be irresponsible and will only damage the items and devalue their worth.  Rick has seen many so-called sellers of fine art and artifacts ignore proper framing principles only to end in creating harm to the artifact.

Can I send any of the items as a gift?
Absolutely.  Just let us know the recipient's name and address to ship the item(s).  Include any special instructions you may have for us to follow, such as a gift card, delivery instructions, etc.

What are your shipping charges?  There are no shipping charges when shipped Ground Fedex or UPS in the lower (contiguous) 48 United States (this means 48 connected states, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories).  All items are shipped fully insured and require an adult signature for delivery.  If you have any special requests, requirements, or questions, please contact us.

Where do you find your inventory?  This is the exciting part! We have developed excellent long term relationships with auction companies, long time collectors/dealers and word of mouth.  People also contact us when wanting to sell personal business estates.

Can quantities of the same item be ordered?  Although many items are one-of-a-kind, there are times and certain products we can sell in duplicate.  We will be more than happy to discuss the time frame and cost with you at your convenience.

Can your artifacts be rematted or reframed to fit my tastes or preferences?  Definitely.  If there is a certain item that interests you, and you have a preference for a certain style or color of materials, please let us know in advance.  In some cases, we can start fresh and customize a product to your tastes. Terms of sale will also be discussed.

What payments do you accept? Frameabilia accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express as credit cards.  We also accept Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shopify Pay, PayPal and PayPal Express Checkout also accepted.  Call if you need wiring instructions or you wish to send a personal/business check.  Private checks may need a few days to clear.

What is your policy on privacy?  Privacy is never compromised.  No customer information is ever sold, given, traded or bargained for in any way.  We maintain strict confidentiality in all transactions.  Feel free to contact us with any questions.

Can I order over the phone?  Absolutely.  Just call us with the payment, billing and shipping information.  We will get your item(s) out immediately.  If you have questions regarding ordering, contact Rick anytime.

I am looking for a particular item for a friend, family member or colleague.  Can you help me?  Sure.  Tell us what is on their wish list, price range and date you need the request fulfilled.  Rick will work to search for it keeping you posted along the way.  Contact us if you have questions.
